Can't sign in? Email privacy@heyquad.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

• We confirm the request came from you, usually within one business day.
• Within 30 days of confirming, we remove your login and the personal details on it: your name, email address, phone number, passkeys, sessions and app devices.
• If you're the only owner of an organization, deleting your login would leave it with no one in charge, so we contact you about cancelling the organization's service first. Its phone numbers stay reserved and portable for 30 days after service ends.
• We email you when it's done.

• Call detail records (who called whom, when, and for how long) are kept for five years after an organization's service ends, because telephone carriers must keep them for regulatory and law-enforcement requests.
• Billing and accounting records are kept for seven years after service ends, for tax and accounting purposes.
• Text-message opt-outs (a STOP reply) are kept so we never text that number again.
• Recordings, voicemails and messages belong to your organization. When the organization is cancelled they are deleted after its grace period; while it stays active, its owners decide how long they are kept.
