We run the call platform
The software that answers, routes and bridges your calls is ours, running on servers we operate. Telnyx is our carrier for numbers and texting; it does not decide where a call goes.
Every business gets a written quote
Phone taxes and 911 fees change by state, county and city, so we quote each business for its own address, every tax and fee on its own line, and the invoice matches the quote.
We set it up with you
Porting, desk phones on request (configured before they ship), your first call flow and the AI receptionist are built with you on a call, not left as a checklist.
We answer our own phone

I've spent years building software for small businesses, CRMs, billing systems and internal tools, and the same problem kept showing up: the phone. Either a hand-me-down PBX nobody wanted to touch, a consumer app glued onto a personal number, or an enterprise platform where the AI receptionist, the texting inbox and the CRM were each another line item.
Underneath all of them sat a bill that never matched the advertised price: communications taxes, a recovery fee and a 911 line that nobody showed you before you signed.
So Hey Quad is one system, phones, the receptionist, texts, email and the customer record, and every business gets a written quote with each tax and fee for its address on its own line, which the bill then matches. I built the call platform underneath it too, because the layer that decides whether a call connects is not one I wanted to rent.
The company is founder-led: the person who wrote the call router sets up your account and picks up when you call about it.
