A seat is a person with a phone. Everything below comes with every one.
- Local numbers in your area code, with 911 address registration on every number. Your quote says how many numbers come with your account.
- Calling minutes, pooled across the whole team.
- Text messages, also pooled. Texts people send you are free and unlimited.
- The softphone in your browser and the Windows desktop app. Desk phones are available on request, set up for your account before they ship.
- Voicemail with a transcript and a one-line summary, emailed with the recording attached.
- Call flows: menus, hours, ring groups, queues, hold music, after-hours routing.
- A shared inbox, so a customer’s question is a conversation the whole team can see rather than mail sitting in one person’s account.

Who to send it to, and as much or as little as you know: how many people, your current provider, whether you want the AI receptionist, and where the business is. A photo of your current phone bill helps.
Get a written, itemized quote
Within one business day. It lists the seats, the numbers, any desk phones and the AI receptionist tier, and then every tax and fee for your service address, each on its own line. It stays open for 30 days.
Accept it online
The quote arrives by email with a link to accept it. Your account is set up from the accepted quote, and we handle the porting and the desk phones.
Your bill matches the quote
The same lines and the same amounts. No "regulatory recovery fee", and no line we did not show you first.
Questions people actually ask
- Why is there no price list?
- Because what you would actually pay depends on where the business is. Phone taxes and 911 fees change by state, county and city, and a provider that advertises a headline price adds them afterwards. We would rather send you one number that is right for your address, with each tax and fee shown, than a number that is only true before tax.
- Do you cover my area?
- Tell us where the business is and we’ll quote you, including that location’s taxes and fees, each on its own line.
- How fast is the quote?
- Within one business day (Monday to Friday, Eastern time). If you would rather talk it through, book a call or ring 657-HEY-QUAD.
- What counts as a seat?
- A person with a phone, not a device. One seat covers someone at their desk and on their computer at the same time. A shared line, a front-desk phone nobody owns, or an auto-attendant is not a seat.
- What happens if we go over the minutes or texts?
- Nothing stops working. Minutes and texts are pooled across the team, so one person’s heavy month is usually absorbed by everyone else. Past the pool you are billed at the rate on your quote plus applicable tax, and the running total is in your account any day of the month.
- How long is the agreement?
- Your quote says which. A 12- or 24-month agreement has the same seat price on either length, locks your prices for the term, and renews for the same length unless you tell us otherwise; we remind you about 30 days before. The seats you start with are the minimum for the term, you can add seats at any time, and leaving early costs the remaining months on those seats. A quote can instead make your service month to month: no seat minimum, no early-termination fee, and 30 days’ notice to cancel. If we supplied desk phones, they are ours: when you leave, we send a prepaid box.
- What about texting registration?
- US carriers require any business that texts from a normal ten-digit number to register the business and the kind of messages it sends. Every provider has to collect it, The Campaign Registry sets the cost, and we fill in the paperwork for you. It is a line on your quote, and none of it applies until you decide to send a text.
